Returning or Cancelling Orders

RRS makes every effort to ensure your order is in proper order. RRS will offer refunds on items where RRS has been found to deliver information outside the scope of the request. Requests that contain duplicate information will not be credited if the requested information is found to be within the scope of the request. Payments made for records are final and will not be refunded after payment is made unless RRS is found to have delivered records outside of the scope of the request.


Cancellation of requests will require a $20 cancellation fee or the cost of the total invoice, whichever is less if cancellation is made after RRS has reproduced the records. RRS considers all requests to be a complete and binding work order and therefore prepares the requested materials in response to such requests. Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in suspension of online accounts and delay record delivery.


  1. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
    • Name
    • Customer Number
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • When, where and by whom the purchase was made
    • Reason for the return
    • Purchase price of the item
  2. Please specify whether you would like a refund or a correction of request.
  3. Insure the package for your protection and return via UPS or USPS to:

Downloaded Files

Any records downloaded online, whether paid for or released prior to payment, will be charged at the full invoice amount and may not be returned.
