RRS Medical is now HealthMark Group.

TO REQUEST MEDICAL RECORDS

RRS Request is now HealthMark Request Manager.

You will be directed to the Request Manager Site in 10 seconds.

Once logged in, select “Submit Request” from the menu options and enter all required fields to provide an authorization directly to HealthMark. Your medical record request will be processed, and a notification will be sent via once complete and available for download.
